Elizabeth Venorsky

Cardio Ballet, NYC Location Manager

Elizabeth has been dancing since she was 3.

I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio where my mom enrolled me in my first ballet class at the age of 3 at a local fine arts center and haven’t stopped dancing since! I grew my passion and discipline for dance at the School of Cleveland Ballet  and continued my education for dance at Mercyhurst University under the tutelage of Tauna Hunter, graduating from Mercyhurst with a BA in Dance and Graphic Design in May 2020.

She has performed in Ireland!

If I had to choose one my favorites, it would have to be performing as a Wilis in Giselle. I could watch that ballet over and over again and never get tired of the music or choreography.

Another highlight of mine, was performing in Dungarven, Ireland. At Mercyhurst University, a select group of dancers were able to train and perform in Ireland for two months. It was truly a performance I will never forget, being able to dance alongside my best friends in the most beautiful country.

Elizabeth’s classes are about freedom of expression and joy.

Dance has always been an outlet for me to express myself and I strive to inspire the same in my dancers. Dance fosters a personal voice, confidence, strength, leadership skills, and eloquence that can apply beyond dance into our daily lives. I aspire to provide my dancers with the chance to experience and learn to their full potential in a safe, welcoming, and positive environment.

She is living out her dream in NYC!

Moving to NYC has always been a dream of mine since I can remember. Next on my list of goals is to dance, teach and choreograph pieces and what better way than to start with The Ballet Spot! I am thrilled to start teaching and can’t wait to start working with all of the dancers.
