Cardio Ballet, Strength & Stretch
Dance has been her passion for as long as she can remember.
I was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and grew up in Arizona and Florida. My parents enrolled me in ballet and jazz at the age of 3 because I had way too much energy as a kid, and they didn’t know how to entertain me! I fell in love with dance and haven’t stopped since.
She has performed in the international tour of American in Paris!
After focusing most of my training on dance and ballet in Arizona, I decided to expand my training and graduated from my dream school with a BFA in Musical Theater from Penn State University. One of my career highlights was performing in the international tour of the ballet based musical, An American in Paris, where our final stop was in Paris!
She has taught all levels, both ballet and fitness.
I’ve been teaching dance since I moved to NYC 6 years ago with a company called MTCA (Musical Theater College Auditions). Teaching for MTCA has given me the experience of teaching both beginner and advanced dancers, and one of my favorite parts of teaching is helping a student discover their joy for dance! I also began my fitness teaching career about 3 years ago at Physique 57 focusing on a cardio barre style fitness class.
She has performed all over the world, and hopes to perform in NYC someday soon!
One of my goals is to perform in NYC! I’ve performed all over the world, and yet to perform in New York. Another goal is to continue sharing my passion for dance and fitness, and cannot wait to dance with you at The Ballet Spot!
